"On the occasion of International Women's Day, I send my warmest greetings to girls and women across the world and my sincere congratulations to all those among them whom the fact of being born women has never discouraged from pursuing their dreams and developing their talents. To all the girls and women who still have to struggle against overwhelming odds, prejudice and discrimination, on the other hand, I offer my encouragement in their efforts to overcome obstacles, I wish them courage in remaining true to their aspirations as well as comfort in the knowledge that they are not alone. Happy International Women's Day!"
