
Programs Officer
Nacho Espinosa joined the Club de Madrid in 2004 where he is now Program Officer. He is currently coordinating The Shared Societies Project. Building a world safe for difference, a global initiative to provide arguments and tools for leadership action on social cohesion; some other project in which he has been involved in the Club de Madrid include in-country projects in Timor-Leste, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kosovo, and has coordinated exchange visits to share the Spanish democratic experience with Arab leaders. Mr. Espinosa was involved in the 2005 World Summit on Democracy and Terrorism and the First Global Forum on Leadership Action for Shared Societies in Rotterdam in 2008.
Project assistant
Gaëlle Haut started at the Club de Madrid in May 2011 as a volunteer in the Department of Programs and is, since July 2011, the project assistant for the Global Leadership for Haiti’s Reconstruction project. She accompanied the Club de Madrid delegation in Haiti during the sixth mission of the Global Leadership for Haiti’s Reconstruction project in December 2011. Previously, she has done an internship in the environment department in the French local administration and has been a volunteer in the press department at the International Exposition on Water and Sustainable Development of Zaragoza (Spain). Gaëlle holds a Master (2011) in International and European Studies from the Institute of political studies-Sciences Po Grenoble (France). She speaks French, Spanish and English.
