Sara de Agustín studied Labor Relations at the Complutense University of Madrid and International Secretary in Sheffield (England).

Prior to joining the organization she had worked within the Human Resources and Financial Departments of different companies, including Europcar, Kimberly Clark or Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
