Ramon, Maxime André

Maxime Ramon joined the Club de Madrid in March 2009, assisting the Office of the Secretary General in matters of internal governance, institutional relations and fundraising. Most recently, he coordinated the content aspects of the Club de Madrid 10th Anniversary Annual Conference on Digital Technologies for 21st Century Democracy (November 8 and 9, New York City) with the support of Special Advisor Beth S. Noveck (Former US Deputy Chief Technology Officer).

Maxime received a MSc in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (2011, cum laude), a MA in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from Utrecht University (2009, cum laude) and a Bachelor in Political Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2008, summa cum laude).

He speaks French, English, Spanish and Dutch fluently.
