Belén Villar. Anthropologist, master degrees on International Cooperation for Development (Gender and Development) and Latin America History. Gender Specialist, development worker and trainer; she has been working as project manager and gender equality officer for governmental national and federal machineries for the advancement of women, international cooperation units in NGOs and government, as well as for women groups and the United Nations system. Her professional experience include ten-years assignments in regional programs in Central America and South & South-East Asia regions, as well as in Guatemala, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, and The Philippines.
